Description
The CLIMAQUA PUMP 350 Indoor is a quiet low-voltage water pump for indoor fountains, table fountains, and small indoor water walls. With up to 450 liters per hour and a 95 cm delivery head, it is suitable as a replacement pump or for custom water features with medium water flow.

Nein 🙅♂️! Läuft die Pumpe im trockenen, brennt sie durch und wird stark beschädigt. Bitte Wasserpumpen nie trocken laufen lassen.
Kann ich den Brunnen non-stop laufen lassen?
Ja, der Brunnen kann kontinuierlich betrieben werden. Ein ständiger Wasserumlauf ist vorteilhaft, da er die Ansammlung von Kalk und Schmutz (wie Algen) an der Oberfläche reduziert. Zudem trägt dies positiv zur Verbesserung des Raumklimas bei. Achte jedoch darauf, den Wasserstand regelmässig zu überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass immer genügend Wasser im Tank vorhanden ist. Bitte unbedingt auch ab und zu prüfen und sicherstellen, dass die Umgebung trocken ist und kein Wasser ausgetreten ist.
Ist die Pumpe wirklich geräuschlos?
Ja, die CLIMAQUA Pumpen sind alle geräuschlos. Sollte dennoch ein Geräusch auftreten, deutet das auf einen Funktionsfehler hin. Mögliche Ursachen könnten sein, dass die Pumpe eine Zeit lang ohne oder mit zu wenig Wasser betrieben wurde (was zu einer Überhitzung führen kann) oder dass sich ein Schmutzpartikel im Propeller verfangen hat.
Bitte überprüfe daher immer, ob ausreichend Wasser im Tank ist und ob die Pumpe vollständig unter Wasser steht (mindestens 1-2 cm unterhalb des Wasserspiegels). Reinige die Pumpe und den Filter regelmäßig, um sie vor Beschädigungen durch unerwünschte Partikel zu schützen.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 5 to 10 days. Orders to the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, so you do not pay any customs duties.

Why does my piece look different from the photo?
Because almost every CLIMAQUA product is a natural one-off. Each piece differs from the next — markings in the stone, an unusual coloration or a rough edge are all part of it; that is natural stone.
We use these imperfections deliberately. Our products are handcrafted rather than mass-produced by machine. As long as the function is not impaired, such irregularities are not manufacturing defects, but rather the character of the object.
Can I replace individual parts later?
Yes. CLIMAQUA fountains are built with plug-in systems; about 95 percent of all parts can be replaced individually, provided they are available.
This is intentional: a defective individual part should not be a reason to dispose of an entire product.
