    The extended warranty applies exclusively to the CLIMAQUA water wall.

    What is covered by the warranty?
    All manufacturing and material defects that occur during the warranty period are covered. We will repair or replace your fountain.

    How long is the extended warranty valid?
    You are covered for a full 5 years from the date of purchase.

    How does the warranty claim work?
    If you have a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service via email or live chat. We'll take care of the process quickly and easily.

    How much does the extended warranty cost?
    The extended warranty for the water wall costs 150 CHF.

    Can I book the warranty retroactively?
    Yes, you can also add the extended warranty to your fountain at a later date (within 30 days of purchase).

    What is not covered?
    Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences (e.g. falls, frost damage) is not covered.

    How do I receive my warranty documents?
