Frequently asked questions about the extended warranty for water features: 5-year extended warranty
The extended warranty applies exclusively to your CLIMAQUA fountain (not to the pump, not to the LED).
All manufacturing and material defects that occur during the warranty period are covered. We will repair or replace your fountain.
You are fully covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service via email or live chat. We will handle the process quickly and easily.
Yes, you can add the extended warranty to your fountain purchase later (within 30 days of purchase).
Not covered are damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences (e.g. falls, frost damage) as well as technical parts such as pumps and LEDs.
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Your warranty will be registered automatically.
