No 🙅♂️! If the pump runs dry, it burns out and is severely damaged. Please never let water pumps run dry.

Yes, the fountain can be operated continuously. Constant water circulation is beneficial, as it reduces the buildup of limescale and dirt (such as algae) on the surface. It also contributes positively to improving the indoor climate. However, make sure to check the water level regularly and ensure that there is always enough water in the tank. Please also be sure to check from time to time and make sure that the surroundings are dry and no water has leaked.
Is the pump really silent?
Yes, the CLIMAQUA pumps are all silent. Should a noise occur nonetheless, it points to a malfunction. Possible causes could be that the pump was operated for a while without water or with too little water (which can lead to overheating), or that a dirt particle has become caught in the propeller.
Please therefore always check that there is enough water in the tank and that the pump is completely submerged (at least 1-2 cm below the water level). Clean the pump and the filter regularly to protect them from damage caused by unwanted particles.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 5 to 10 days. Orders to the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, so you do not pay any customs duties.

Why does my piece look different from the photo?
Because almost every CLIMAQUA product is a natural one-off. Each piece differs from the next — markings in the stone, an unusual coloration or a rough edge are all part of it; that is natural stone.
We use these imperfections deliberately. Our products are handcrafted rather than mass-produced by machine. As long as the function is not impaired, such irregularities are not manufacturing defects, but rather the character of the object.
Can I replace individual parts later?
Yes. CLIMAQUA fountains are built with plug-in systems; about 95 percent of all parts can be replaced individually, provided they are available.
This is intentional: a defective individual part should not be a reason to dispose of an entire product.
