Ich bin mit meiner Wasserwand "LIV L" super zufrieden. Sie war sehr einfach zu installieren, das Wasser läuft wunderbar über die Frontseite und der Klang des Plätscherns ist traumhaft. Ich kann das Produkt nur empfehlen. Ich habe meine Ware 5 Tage nach meiner Bestellung per Spedition erhalten. Einmal hatte ich kurz Kontakt mit dem Support; der Herr war sehr freundlich und hat mich per Telefon geduldig und kompetent beraten. Da merkt man, dass es ein Kleinunternehmen ist, das sich viel Mühe gibt. Ich empfehle den Shop gerne weiter und werde bestimmt noch weitere Sachen dort kaufen. I now have half my apartment full of containers, and I also tried out the tabletop fireplace at Christmas...everything's wonderful, I highly recommend Climaqua. I haven't had any contact with their customer service yet; it hasn't been necessary so far! Delivery was as promised. I'd be happy to do it again!
