Anthrazit Schiefer: 400 Millionen Jahre alter Naturstein

Frequently Asked Questions

Is production fair and responsible?

As a manufacturer of consumer goods, we take our responsibility very seriously and question social fairness and justice, produce in an environmentally friendly way and are involved in international programs such as BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative, https://www.amfori.org ) or the renaturation through large-scale planting of trees.

CLIMAQUA® products are made in various countries. The origin, namely the production of natural stone fountains, lies in Asia, including China, because this craft is mastered there and the necessary resources are available. That is why CLIMAQUA's main production site has also been located in the beautiful province of Fujian, CN, for over 20 years. The factory is locally rooted in a small town, all employees live in the surrounding area and work part-time or full-time.

In this small town, our factory is regarded as a model company and a popular employer thanks to its healthy development and modern ways of working. This allows us to recruit the most talented workers and keep them continuously motivated. The long journey to the big city, where huge factory halls await, is thereby spared. Local businesses are supported.

We pay special attention to high safety and quality requirements at work and make sure that BSCI and similar standards are observed at all production sites.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 5 to 10 days. Orders to the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, so you do not pay any customs duties.

If a different timeframe applies to a product, it is stated directly next to the buy button.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

Yes. Test your product at home for 30 days without any pressure. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.

You are buying risk-free — 100 percent satisfaction or your money back.

How long is my warranty?

Two years, according to Swiss law (CO 210).

We won't leave you stranded after that: simply report your case, and we will find a generous solution as a gesture of goodwill — regardless of how old your product is.

Many of our sets include an extended warranty, which turns two years into five.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — with Klarna, you can pay for your purchase in convenient installments. Simply select Klarna as your payment method at checkout and choose the installment option there.

This allows you to spread the investment over several months without delaying delivery.

Why does my piece look different from the photo?

Because almost every CLIMAQUA product is a natural one-off. Each piece differs from the next — markings in the stone, an unusual coloration or a rough edge are all part of it; that is natural stone.

We use these imperfections deliberately. Our products are handcrafted rather than mass-produced by machine. As long as the function is not impaired, such irregularities are not manufacturing defects, but rather the character of the object.

Can I replace individual parts later?

Yes. CLIMAQUA fountains are built with plug-in systems; about 95 percent of all parts can be replaced individually, provided they are available.

This is intentional: a defective individual part should not be a reason to dispose of an entire product.
